What is the difference between end-suction and multistage pumps?
End-suction pumps use a single impeller and suit high flow at moderate head. Multistage pumps stack several impellers to reach higher pressure at lower flow.
What on a pump nameplate helps with a quotation?
The make and model, flow, head, power, speed, voltage and serial number. A photo of the nameplate is enough.
